Case Study - Maypark Grove, Dublin 5

This project consists of no.9 new energy efficient apartments, successfully integrated in a challenging residential context. Our client commissioned us to make a feasibility study and purchased the site for a retirement investment.

Despite its area of 1,100, the site presented a major design constraint – a 5 m way leave running diagonally front to back. A successful Planning process led to a full Project. ”…to the high quality of the design proposed including the refurbishment of an existing derelict dwelling, to the positive and innovative nature of the intervention in a constrained, brownfield site…” An Bord Pleanála
